British directors James Newton and Edward Edwards Russia's coldest city, Norilsk, where during winter temperatures can drop to -55 and the Sun does not rise for 40 days. The directors explain that this film—which was made as part of the Postcards scheme from Just So & Sheffield Doc/Fest—captures the stories of residents “who grew up between the bleak masses of Soviet-era apartment blocks and its harsh, industrial landscape."
